Angela D. Simmons has been practicing law in Tennessee for over 20 years. Over the course of her career she has handled many types of cases, including personal injury plaintiff and defense, contract disputes, construction cases, family law, administrative hearings, wills and trusts, creditors rights, collections, and general civil litigation. Angela spent the first half of her legal career practicing in downtown Nashville. For the last ten years Angela has been handling cases in both middle and west Tennessee courts primarily in the area of creditors rights and collections. Cunningham Law Group has afforded Angela the opportunity to have work life balance so she can volunteer with senior adults and spend time with family. One of Angela’s favorite things to do is plan little surprises for her family and friends. It may be a surprise delivery of cookies or a surprise party. When delivering goodies Angela takes her dog along for the ride so she can enjoy the giving as well.
